Surviving The Doomsday With System

Jiang Loong currently had two male and female mutant zombies.    

There was one male and female level-10 zombie each.    

However, Jiang Loong wasn't in a hurry to combine them. Instead, he planned to go and see the other wave of zombies first. He would finish them off first before making any further plans.    

The other wave of zombies was also brought back to the abandoned village by his mutant male zombie. Jiang Loong used more than two hours to get rid of all of them.    

The difference was that the number of female zombies in this wave was relatively higher.    

This also allowed Jiang Loong to obtain a female mutant zombie and a level 10 male zombie. Apart from that, there were also level 8 and 9 male and female zombies.    

Jiang Loong finished dealing with the two large waves of zombies. He rested for a while and then began to organize the zombies.    

Jiang Loong first combined the level 9 male zombie he had obtained earlier with the current one, turning it into a level 10 male zombie. This way, Jiang Loong now had four level 10 male zombies in his hands, and they were eliminated in pairs. From there, he obtained two new male zombies.    

After that, Jiang Loong eliminated the previous Level-8 female zombies and the newly acquired Level-8 and Level-9 zombies. Then, he got a new level-10 female zombie. He now had three level 10 female zombies. After two more, there were three mutated female zombies.    

As a result, Jiang Loong now had a total of five mutated male and female zombies in his space. The upper right corner of their grids were all Level-11.    

From the looks of it, there was only one level 10 female zombie left among the high-level zombies.    

In his space, the ratio of male and female zombies to male and female zombies seemed to have finally reached a tie.    

However, the difference was that Ke'er was an Evolver before she became a zombie, so after her zombie transformation, she became a mutated zombie. From the looks of it, she had consumed more male zombies.    

Currently, in the space, other than Tongtong and Ke'er, Jiang Loong also had three other female zombies.    

Therefore, Jiang Loong had two choices now.    

The first was to use these three female zombies to help Tongtong and Ke'er ascend to the Level One.    

The second one was to take one female zombie and merge it with Tongtong and Ke'er. Let her rise to level 12, then merge the remaining two female zombies. Then he would get another level 12 female zombie, and merge the level 12 one with Tongtong or Ke'er, who were already level 12. This way, one of them would be able to reach level 13!    

So the problem was, what if he raised both of them to level 12? Or would he let one of them reach Level 13 first?    

Jiang Loong could not make a decision, so he simply threw the question aside.    

"I think we should take care of the male zombie first."    

Jiang Loong thought for a moment, then eliminated the male zombie. After all, he was a laborer. He didn't care who was in front of him or behind him, he just dragged the male zombie in the space and organized it.    

Then, he put the two male zombies together.    

"I can still remove it a little bit more!"    

Jiang Loong was about to continue when he suddenly stopped moving.    

He found that after Wan City merged, the number on the top right corner of the grid was not level 12.    

It was level 21!    

How could this be!?    

How did it go from 11 to 21?    

After all, he was only a Rank 1 at 11. When he reached level 21, he became a Rank 2!    

What the f * ck?    

Wasn't it said that two low level warriors could be combined into the next high level warrior? Why did he just level up to the Rank 1?    

Could it be that two Rank 1 could be fused into one Rank 2? The levels in the middle could be ignored?    

Jiang Loong was deep in thought. He couldn't figure it out, so he decided to take a look at the novice guide first.    

However, when he went to look, he found that he had already passed the novice stage. The novice guide disappeared immediately!    

Jiang Loong clicked his tongue and rubbed his chin. He felt that since he couldn't see the guide, he might as well try it directly.    

After that, he reached out his hand and put the two level 21 zombies together.    

After the two zombies were eliminated, they turned into a new zombie. On the top right corner of the grid, the number 31 was displayed!

It was indeed like this!    

This time, Jiang Loong received the confirmation.    

Although he didn't really understand why it was like this, no matter how he looked at it, it was still a good thing for him!    

Not only was it a good thing, it was also too damn friendly for him!    

In other words, once he obtained the mutated zombie in the future, he wouldn't need to combine the Level One and Level One to level up, he could directly level up to Rank 1 and Rank 1!    

Jiang Loong pressed down the surging tide and thought about it carefully.    

This arrangement wasn't without reason.    

If it was really Level One Level One that needed to be promoted, if zombies started from level 1... If two level 1 zombies combined to form a level 2 zombie, then a level 3 zombie would need four level 1 zombies. Level 4 required eight zombies, and so on and so forth.    

Every time a zombie reached the Level One, the number of level-1 zombies would double. When it reached level 28, the number of level-1 zombies would be doubled. However, level 28 zombies were only at the Rank 2, so it required a hundred million zombies. That was a ridiculous number.    

The important thing was, where was Jiang Loong going to find so many zombies?    

There was something even more ridiculous.    

Even if Jiang Loong had a hundred million zombies in front of him, it would still take him a hundred million seconds to synthesize an average hand speed zombie per second, which was equivalent to two hundred and seventy thousand hours.    

In total, it would take him more than one thousand and a hundred days.    

Comparatively, it would take him thirty-seven months.    

Comparing it to an adult, Jiang Loong would need more than three years to complete this task.    

If there were a large number of high-level zombies inside, the time would be relatively halved, but it would still take more than a year. This did not include the time needed to search for zombies.    

More than a year of time, he still had to work non-stop. Not to mention resting, he wouldn't even be able to eat with anyone.    

If they wanted a level 100 Corpse King, they would need tens of thousands of billions of level-1 zombies. Not to mention Earth, he felt that the entire universe wouldn't be able to gather that much. This was on the premise that there were zombies in other places.    

As for time, it would take tens of thousands of years to synthesize one in a second!    

Wasn't this the story of the king's chessboard and grains of wheat that he had heard before?    

It was said that this was a legend in India, and the king was prepared to reward the creator of the chess pieces. However, the minister requested that the reward he wanted be very simple. He only wanted rice. He then indicated that he should place one grain of rice in the first square on the chessboard, and two grains in the second. Four grains in the third square, and so on.
