Li Zhen — currently in control of the conversation — spoke slowly. "On the other hand, our Faang Ping here runs an entire real estate company by himself."
Zhang Qimo suddenly revealed an ugly expression.
"Nevermind," Li Zhen said proudly. "Isn't the reason why I invited your family over for dinner today to celebrate us moving houses? Faang Ping actually bought us a house that is worth more than 1.2 million yuan. It's located in a high-end neighborhood called Water Garden in North City.
"Water Garden ?" Lin Yin asked.
"Oh, have you ever heard of Water Garden ? How did you know about it?" Li Zhen — intrigued by his unexpected words — asked out of curiosity.
"I was just there two days ago," Lin Yin said.
"You have already been there? In that case, you must have learned many things about it, right?" Li Zhen continued. "Old Zhang, Old Lu, since the two of you have never been there before, you should ask your son-in-law about it sometimes. Water Garden, a hundred thousand square meters in size, is a famous high-end district located in North City. Not only is it surrounded by a beautiful environment, but the facilities and property management of the residential area are also top quality, unlike the dilapidated Jiangchi Residence that does not even have a single underground parking lot."

"I went over to buy a house," Lin Yin said honestly.
"What? You said you went to Water Garden to buy a house?" Lu Yahui was stunned for a moment before fuming in rage.
"Lin Yin, can you stop talking nonsense? Don't embarrass me any further!" Lu Yahui exclaimed in anger. With her daughter's appearance at the dinner banquet, she thought she would be able to regain some face today.
Who would have thought that her plans would be ruined by her good-for-nothing son-in-law?
Despite already boiling in rage, Lin Yin had to make matters worse by talking big.
"Old Lu, let Lin Yin continue," Lee Zhen said with a smile. "Lin Yin, what kind of house did you buy? How big is it in square feet? Which building is it in? What about its interior decoration?"
"I already forgot," Lin Yin replied. Since he had to decide in a hurry, he naturally would not remember much about suite he purchased.
"Haha! You forgot?" Lee Zhen laughed. "Shouldn't young people like you be trying to rise up in society to earn more money? Don't you think it's rather embarrassing to boast about something with baseless words? You'll simply end up becoming a laughingstock, no?
How could he not know what kinds of person Lin Yin was known as? Surely, he must have simply pretended to buy a house in Water Garden, right? What an absolute clown!

Hearing his constant bragging, Lu Yahui's lips waned into a frown.
This good-for-nothing Lin Yin had completely been taken advantage of as the pretext for derision. Comparing the two sons-in-law of the two families would be like comparing a respected god to a mere worm.
