The Legend of the Kyubi

1"What do we do, flea Myoga?" - Kagome asked as she saw how Inuyasha was dodging with much difficulty thanks to the fact that he couldn't see with one of his eyes.      1

"I don't know, honestly, I thought Inuyasha-sama could get Tetsusaiga off the pedestal" - replied Myoga as he frowned - "I don't understand, this doesn't make sense."     

"Did Inuyasha's father say anything about Tetsusaiga?" - Kagome asked with a frown.     

"I'm sorry, I can't remember any kind of information" - replied Myoga as he shook his head - "Wait, I seem to remember something about you need a righteous heart and a good purpose, or something like that..."     

Kagome was silent as she thought of something - "Wait, Inuyasha is not the fairest person I know, and he still managed to move Tetsusaiga a bit, maybe we're thinking from the wrong perspective."     

"What do you mean?" - Myoga asked as he stopped watching his young master continue to dodge his brother's venomous attacks and focused on the human girl, who quickly ran towards the sword.     

"Kagome?" - Shippo said in surprise because he wasn't expecting this.     

Sesshomaru gave her a quick glance as he wondered what stupid thing this human was going to do, though his expression changed to one of slight fury as he watched the human girl pull Tetsusaiga off her pedestal - ". . ."     

"This has to be a fucking joke..." - Inuyasha said as he watched in shock as Kagome ran over to where Myoga and Shippo were standing.     

"Are you guys fucking kidding me?" - Sesshomaru asked with an increasingly cold tone. That the filthy hybrid could move the sword was enough offense, but that a filthy human managed to get the weapon he could barely touch was not only a blow to his pride as a Daiyokai, but also a slap in the face to everything he knew about his father - "I've had enough..."     

"Kagome, be careful!" - Shippo exclaimed in terror as he watched Sesshomaru appear over the girl from the future and cast a venomous breath at her - "Kagome!"     

"What are you doing, Sesshomaru!" - Inuyasha exclaimed angrily - "She has nothing to do with this!"     

"Are you in love with this filthy human, by any chance?" - Sesshomaru asked disdainfully.     

"No, but I don't want to have her death on my shoulders" - replied Inuyasha while gritting his teeth - "She's not even close to me, and yet she came to help me."     

"It's a pity, she should have chosen her companions better" - Sesshomaru said with disdain, though his expression darkened when he saw that the girl was as if nothing had happened.     

"This is disgusting and sticky..." - Kagome said with a frown.     

"Kagome!" - Shippo exclaimed as he ran to the girl, though he stopped halfway when he saw that Sesshomaru's corrosive poison was still around the young girl.     

"It's Tetsusaiga! The sword saved her!" - Myoga exclaimed as he saw how the girl didn't have a single spot of poison on her clothes.     

Kagome didn't say anything about it, she just looked at the sword as she let out a sigh of relief, though honestly inside she was cursing herself for being so stupid. It was obvious that if she took the sword, it was going to infuriate Sesshomaru and his high self-esteem.     

Sesshomaru again appeared in front of Kagome and grabbed the sword, only to feel his body being electrocuted by a powerful current of holy energy until he released it.     

Kagome again caught the sword because she knew this was the only way to survive the wrath of the silver-haired Daiyokai.     

"Sesshomaru-sama" - Jaken said with concern because he could feel the growing frustration and fury.     

"Are you alright, Kagome?" - Inuyasha asked as he appeared beside the girl from the future.     

"Yes, take it" - Kagome replied as she handed the sword to the hanyo.     

Inuyasha was surprised as he took the sword and noticed that nothing had changed, though he quickly became on guard as he could see how his brother's body was beginning to vibrate.     

"Enough!" - Sesshomaru exclaimed as his face mutated,     

Kagome began to tremble as she watched the Daiyokai's pale face begin to be covered with white fur and his eyes turn a sadistic shade of red.     

Sesshomaru's body slowly began to expand as he took on a much more animalistic form.     

"Kagome, go with the others, Sesshomaru is shifting into his true form" - Inuyasha said seriously as he tightened his grip on the hilt of his new sword.     

"Ok" - Kagome nodded as she ran over to where Shippo and Myoga were, though before she could take another step closer, she saw a shadow land on her - "Oh no."     

"Shit!" - Inuyasha exclaimed as he leapt at Sesshomaru, who had taken the form of a huge white dog with blood-red eyes.     

Inuyasha quickly tried to pierce his brother's body in order to deflect the attack, though to his fury and terror the sword didn't even manage to pierce the skin of the huge dog - "Impossible!"     

Kagome let out a sharp cry of terror as she saw how the claw of the huge beast was about to crush her when she felt something wrap around her waist and pull her off the spot.     

Sesshomaru let out a furious roar when he saw that the human woman had been saved by a hair, and never better said because the person who had saved him, was none other than Yura, the hair demon.     

"I see I got here just in time" - Yura said as she looked at the canine Daiyokai - "I didn't think you were in so much danger."     

Inuyasha let out a sigh of relief, after all, he didn't want to have Kagome's death on his conscience when she had been helping him, though there was something that was bothering him, so he quickly jumped to his subordinate and squeezed him furiously - "Why the fuck is this sword not working!"     

"I don't know" - Myoga replied as he made an effort to save his life - "Your honorable father could use the sword without much trouble!"     

Inuyasha frowned as he looked at his brother, who was releasing a huge amount of corrosive saliva - "I guess we'll just have to defeat Sesshomaru the old-fashioned way because this crap doesn't work!"     

"Don't talk like that about your honorable father's sword, Inuyasha-sama, Tetsusaiga has a mind of her own, she can understand your words that are transmitted through your Youki" - said Myoga seriously - "Besides, that's not the true form of the almighty Tetsusaiga."     

"Then tell me how to activate it, or it is quite possible that we will die at Sesshomaru's claws" - replied Inuyasha neutrally.     

"I don't know, young master, as I said before, your honorable father had no problem with activating it when he fought to protect the rest of the clan" - replied Myoga, only to widen his eyes, surprised because he hadn't thought of this possibility - "That's it!"     

"That's what?" - Inuyasha asked with a frown.     

"Tetsusaiga was created to protect, Inuyasha-sama, that's why in order to use it you have to demonstrate your desire to protect something!" - Myoga exclaimed seriously - "Try it!"     

Inuyasha was silent for a few seconds as he looked at the sword with a strange feeling of uncertainty, though this was not because he didn't trust Myoga's words, but because he had nothing to protect with all his might.     

"Inuyasha, we need your help!" - Kagome exclaimed in terror as she was saved again and again by Yura's hair, though at the same time she was aware that before long she would die if this continued, after all, the corrosive vapor from Sesshomaru's saliva, was also highly toxic.     

"Protect..." - Inuyasha muttered as he watched as Yura was doing all the work - "I guess I can do that to save the people who tried to help me."     

And as if the sword responded to his wishes, the sword began to throb.     

Inuyasha nodded firmly before leaping against Sesshomaru, who quickly noticed his arrival and focused his attention on him.     

"Don't you understand, you filthy hybrid, you can't hurt Sesshomaru-sama!" - Jaken exclaimed with disdain, but his expression changed to one of terror when he saw the sword change form.     

Sesshomaru let out a mighty roar of pain and fury as Inuyasha slashed one of his right paws - "AOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOU!"     

"Sesshomaru-sama!" - Jaken exclaimed in terror as he ran to his master.     

Inuyasha gazed in surprise at his new weapon, a huge sword that seemed to simulate a fang - "Is this Tetsusaiga's true form?"     

"That's right" - nodded Myoga excitedly as he saw how his master had finally managed to connect with his father's gift - "You don't know how proud I am of you, Inuyasha-sama!"     

Inuyasha didn't respond, he just looked at the sword and then at Sesshomaru, who was breathing heavily as he looked at his severed arm.     

Sesshomaru growled angrily before storming out of the place.     

"Wait for me, master!" - Jaken exclaimed in terror as he saw that his master was running away.     

Inuyasha didn't try to stop him because there was no need to continue when everything had gone well, not to mention he was tired from so much dodging.     

"Are you okay?" - Kagome asked as she looked at the hanyo.     

"That should be my question," Inuyasha replied as he let out a sigh.
