Extra 19: Change the World (19)

2"Master..." - Yura muttered with a frown because she didn't understand why he had abandoned her - "Did I do something wrong?"      2

"No, you didn't do anything wrong, though I need you to do something for me" - Kurama replied normally.

Yura quickly checked the surroundings, only to frown when she saw that her master was nowhere to be found - "Where are you?"

"I'm sorry, but I can't tell you, at least for now" - Kurama replied calmly - "I promise I'll come looking for you soon, though for now I'm going to ask you to please help Kagome."

"The priestess in training?" - Yura asked as she raised an eyebrow.

"Yes, she is important for the future, after all, the reappearance of the pearl is something that shouldn't have happened after Kikyo took it with her to the grave" - Kurama answered with an ethereal tone of voice.

"I understand, though I'd like to know how long I'm going to have to protect that woman..." - muttered Yura, who honestly wasn't very happy with this situation, though as Kurama's subordinate, she had to follow his instructions.

"Not by much, you just need to support her when she is still weak" - replied Kurama calmly.

"Master, she won't get better until at least one or two months of intensive training" - Yura said with a frown.

"Relax, I already helped her a little after I gave her back her soul" - replied Kurama while laughing lightly - "She will start to experience dreams about Kikyo's life, which will help her to increase her power, though without modifying her personality."

"I understand, I will protect her as you wish, master" - nodded Yura, who after hearing that, felt much better - "By the way, what happened with Kikyo, and how is Izumi?"

"My daughter is still resting, as for the priestess, let's just say I have a few plans for her" - replied Kurama with hostility. He didn't like the idea of using Kikyo, but the pain of seeing his daughter sad was eating him up inside, so after some thought, he decided it was best to attack the boy where it hurt the most.

"Are you going to try to subdue the priestess?" - Yura asked curiously because honestly that's what any angry Yokai would do.

"That's what I wanted to do, though after thinking about it for a bit after calming down, I decided to do it the long and tedious way" - Kurama replied with a slight tone of frustration because a small part of him wanted to get it over with quickly, though after remembering his family he decided that that wouldn't be a good idea, after all, he knew that Kushina and the others wouldn't be happy to hear what he did, despite how angry he was.

"I understand," Yura nodded, though inwardly she let out a sigh. Oh, don't get her wrong, she didn't feel any hint of sympathy for Inuyasha or the priestess Kikyo, but she didn't want her master, the kindest person she had ever met of her kind, being corrupted by his hatred.

"Anyway, that's all I'll tell you for now, good luck" - Kurama said before the hair demon's surroundings became silent.

Yura tried to call out to her master once more, though this time there were no favorable results.

"I guess he's gone..." - Yura muttered before turning around and walking towards the village where she believed Kagome and old Kaede would be.

She continued to move forward in silence, though her expression changed slightly when she saw Inuyasha.

The hanyo glanced at the demon woman, though he quickly ignored her, something she did as well.

The half-dog boy let out a heavy sigh as he didn't think things would take such a drastic turn in just a few hours.

* * * * *

Kurama was silent as he watched with a sad smile at his sleeping daughter. He again felt a huge sense of completion invade his insides - "You haven't changed since I first saw you..."

The silver-haired man began to remember what his first encounter with his little girl was like.

"You're just like Mikoto, and I don't know if that's good or bad" - Kurama murmured while stroking his daughter's hair before letting out a sad sigh - "I know you're not going to change your mind now that you made a decision, but that doesn't mean I'm going to accept it..."

The expression on the ten-tailed Kitsune's face changed when he said this, the smile disappeared as if it had never been there, now showing a cold face, one that anyone who was in the confrontation against Madara, could remember.

"I don't care if you hate me for doing this, I don't care if you don't talk to me for the rest of your long life..." - Kurama muttered as he sighed regretfully - "I promised your mother that I would always protect you from anything that tries to hurt you, even if that person is me..."

Kurama put a seal around his daughter before leaving the house he had created with his power. He slowly walked into the forest and pulled out the special orb he had used, so he could talk to his family.

"Foxy-kun? I didn't think you'd call us so soon."

"I didn't think I would either, but I need to talk to you, Anko" - Kurama sighed as he closed his eyes - "I need your opinions..."

"From your tone of voice, I can sense that something bad happened, ok, I'll call the others."

Kurama smiled slightly when he heard this.

The ten-tailed Kitsune was silent for a few seconds before he felt the sphere begin to glow. He quickly used some of his chakra to be able to create an illusionary image of his family, only to smile again.

"Kuro-chan, what happened?" - Kushina asked with concern.

"Kurama-kun, tell me my daughter is okay..." - Mikoto interrupted as she looked around worriedly.

"She's fine, in fact, it's because of her that I wanted to talk to you" - replied Kurama as he frowned.

The women of the Uzumaki clan looked at each other with a frown as they could detect that their husband was not very well.

Kurama wasted no time, he quickly began to tell them everything that had happened during the last few hours.

The expression of Kushina and the others darkened as Mikoto was crying for her baby.

Kurama was silent, waiting for his wives to say something.

"Kurama, I want you to send us to that dimension, I have to seriously "talk" to that little bastard" - Kushina said neutrally as her pupils sharpened.

"No, I want to be the first one to have some quality time with him" - Tsunade said with a huge sadistic smile, one that she hadn't shown since Jiraiya no longer spied on the hot springs because his wife and daughter would torture him at home.

"If you want to torture him, you found the right woman," Anko added disdainfully as she laughed madly, "Me and my girls will be more than happy to punish that bastard for hurting our princess."

The Anko Rangers laughed with hatred when they heard their leader's words.

Hinata, Shion, Tsunami and their group that was more reserved, decided not to say anything for the time being.

"Okay, enough!" - Mikoto exclaimed as she looked around - "I understand how you feel, but right now we have to think of only one thing, how is my baby?"

"Honestly, she was devastated, to the point that I barely resisted my desire to kill that boy" - replied Kurama neutrally - "If it wasn't for her, I would have killed him right there..."

"I don't doubt it" - sighed Kushina as she looked at her husband - "It's been years since I've seen you so upset, in fact, this is the second time I've seen you like this..."

Samui sighed when she heard this because she was the one responsible for his first angry outburst - "I'm sorry..."

"You don't have to feel guilty, you weren't the one responsible for anything" - Kurama said as he let out a sigh and gave a small smile to the beautiful and sexy blonde woman - "Tell me, Miko-chan, what should I do in this situation? I need your opinion..."

"Honestly, it hurts me that things turned out like this, although I can't give my opinion yet" - Mikoto said regretfully - "I'm not the woman with the best love life, so I know how our baby must be feeling."

The women of the Uzumaki clan were silent as they waited for Mikoto's next words.

"That's why I want to see how everything develops before I give my opinion" - continued Mikoto while looking at her husband with a sad smile - "Maybe we are acting wrong, and that boy just has a knot in his heart that he needs time to undo."

Kurama was silent before shaking his head - "Seriously, now that you say that you make me look like a monster."

"Kurama, I just want you to promise me one thing, please don't do something in a hurry, I don't want to see my baby sad because he lost his first love together with his beloved father" - said Mikoto while extending her hand, as if she wanted to caress her beloved's cheek.
