Kushina let out a small snort but quickly calmed down.     

"Well?" - Mikoto asked as she looked at her friend who was now lying naked on a now clean bed.     

"No, I've never thought about it" - Kushina replied as she frowned - "And if I'm honest, if I were a lesbian, I'd end up trying to sleep with you, Mikoto."     

"Huh? - Mikoto was surprised when she heard this because she didn't expect this answer - "Really?"     

"What can I say? You're cute and I can tell you'll be hot when you're a little older" - Kushina replied while shrugging her shoulders - "Not to mention that we're best friends."     

". . ." - Mikoto was silent when she heard this as she felt her cheeks redden from embarrassment.     

"Oh ~? Did I make your heart pound, Mikoto-chan ~?" - Kushina asked with a smile as she noticed how her friend was looking in another direction.     

"Keep quiet, Kushina!" - Mikoto said with a red face as she shook her head - "Besides, I think you're taking this too naturally, are you a lesbian, anyway?"     

"Don't try to change my sexual orientation with just a few words, Mikoto" - said Kushina with a frown as an awkward silence appeared in the room.     

"Great, now this is awkward" - muttered Mikoto as she looked away.     

Time continued to move on and calm had returned to the room.     

Kushina and Mikoto were lying on the bed as they waited for their clothes to dry because, unlike the Ame area, the borders had much more manageable weather.     

"Hey Kushina" - Mikoto said as she looked at her friend - "Are you curious?"     

". . ." - Kushina didn't answer her, though her heart was pounding. It was strange and at the same time exciting, but she didn't say anything to respond to her friend's words.     

Mikoto was the same way, it was her first time experiencing this kind of emotion, and she had only said it because she had heard some girls from her clan about how exciting it was to do something like that during one of their missions.     

"Kushina?" - Mikoto asked, only to notice how her friend was red-faced.

"What are you getting at?" - Mikoto asked with a frown because she couldn't find any heads or tails to the red-haired girl's words.     

"Long story short, some soldiers found out that the best way to release that tension, is through the sexual act, that's why there are so many rapes when an invasion happens" - answered Kushina as she started to think - "In some cases, the tension is so great that some soldiers can't hold back anymore and end up having homosexual relations"     

"I see" - nodded Mikoto as she looked at her friend, only to notice how the latter was again red-faced with embarrassment.     

"And I also have to admit that I'm curious to know what it feels like" - muttered Kushina ruefully as she looked at her friend - "Does it feel the same as doing it yourself?"     

"Uh, I wouldn't know how to answer that" - said Mikoto as she averted her gaze, though she slowly walked over to where her friend and gave her a small kiss.     

Kushina quickly kissed her back, only to pull away after a few seconds.     

"That was" - muttered Mikoto embarrassed - "Strange."     

"Y-Yes, it was strange" - muttered Kushina in confusion, though she quickly went over to where her friend and gave her a second kiss.     

The two young and inexperienced girls again kissed, only this time it wasn't as simple a kiss as the previous one.

"That was different, but it still doesn't feel that good" - Mikoto said while shaking her head - "I guess it's not as good as those girls said."     

"Maybe we're doing it wrong?" - Kushina replied in confusion because she had also read other things that pointed to them not doing this right - "I guess it's because there's no high sexual tension from not being on the battlefield."     

"It's possible" - Mikoto replied as she started to think, only to look closely at her friend's breasts.

"True" - nodded Mikoto as she continued with her story.
