0Two days had passed since Kurama had gone to Nadeshiko Village to talk to Miya, two days that the current leader of the village had done everything possible to get the redhead to accept the deal, from entering the bathroom naked, to trying to get into his bed at night.     0

"You know? I'm beginning to think you enjoy being tied up," said Kurama as he looked at the woman.     

"I'm not going to deny that it's pleasant, but I'm not doing it for this" - answered Miya while rolling her eyes - "By the way, I'd like you to loosen the knot a little because it's hurting my ribs"     

". . ." - Shizuka and Kurama gave the leader Nadeshiko a blank stare before shaking their heads.     

"Anyway, we'd better get back to Uzu," said Kurama as he looked at Shizuka. "I have to inform the others about us and bring up Miya-dono's idea about moving Nadeshiko Village to Uzu"     

"OK" - Shizuka nodded as Miya literally rolled over from happiness.     

"Thank you!" - exclaimed Miya with emotion.     

"I haven't given you an answer yet, so don't be too happy," replied Kurama as he rolled his eyes, only to teleport back to Shizuka in a red flash.     

"Hey, you could have at least untied me!" - exclaimed Miya as tears began to stream from her eyes - "Thank goodness I have some faithful servants"     

Miya was sure that her subordinates would help her, what she didn't know was that Kurama had made it clear that no one would release her, which the women accepted without a second thought. Kurama had a 'strange' persuasive power for people of the opposite sex.

Konan was walking through the bustling streets of Uzu while sighing with grief. She had lost everything, absolutely everything, her home and her only friend, only to arrive at a place that seemed to be everything she had dreamed of, a constant reminder of all her failures and mistakes.     

"I wonder... if it's okay that I'm still alive..." - whispered Konan as she looked up at the sky blue, only to clench her fists and teeth fiercely - "No... I can't keep that depressed attitude, not when I have two sons of bitches to kill"     

During the short time she had been in Uzu, she had come to only one conclusion. She wanted only one thing and that was - "Revenge... revenge against this Uchiha, revenge against Zetsu..."     

It is said that revenge is a good drive and Konan was proving it, although she quickly breathed a sigh of regret because she knew that she was not strong enough to kill those two bastards who had ruined her life - "But... there is someone who can do it"     

Konan narrowed her eyes for a few seconds as she noticed a red flash appearing at the entrance to the mansion - "If he can make it, then I don't mind sacrificing myself..."     

She slowly walked in the direction of the mansion with a serious expression on her face.     

"Konan?" - asked Kurama when he noticed how the woman from Ame was arriving at the place.     

"?" - Kushina and Shizuka gave her a look before retiring inside the mansion because they could see how seriously the blue-haired woman was watching the redhead.     

"We have to talk, Kurama" - said Konan as she looked at the red-haired man, then motioned for him to follow her. She quickly activated her paper wings, so she could fly away, not caring whether Kurama was following her or not.     

Kurama stared at her for a few seconds before he left in pursuit of the woman.     

After a few minutes, Kurama arrived at a clearing in the middle of the forest, only to notice how Konan was watching him silently - "Ok, it's just us, you can talk with all the freedom in the world"     

Konan was silent for a second before letting out a sigh - "OK, I'll get straight to the point... I want revenge"     

Kurama was not surprised when he heard this because it was a normal thing to do. The woman had lost everything, her home, her family, her only friend, even all the people she knew from Ame.     

"I know I'm not strong enough to defeat them myself, I know that even if I use that strange room, I won't have enough power," said Konan as she clenched her fist to the point that the blood began to flow - "But... but you can do it...     

Kurama opened his eyes in surprise. He had thought that Konan would ask him to help her train or something, but now he saw that he had underestimated the hatred she felt for Obito and Zetsu. She did not want to kill them with her own hands, but she wanted to see them dead in front of her eyes, she wanted the complete annihilation of her enemies.     

"That is why I offer you a deal, Kurama... give me the heads of Uchiha Obito and Zetsu, and I offer you everything I have left, my body, my soul" - said Konan while feeling the tears running down her eyes - "My body may have been used by many men, my heart may have been broken by the passage of time, but I promise that I will be loyal to you, I promise that I will follow all your instructions, even if that means giving myself to other people to give you benefits. I don't mind being a prostitute, a murderer, a woman with no future, I don't mind dying if you can fulfill my desire for revenge!"     

Kurama did not know what to say in Konan's words because he could see that she was being serious. Everything she had said, every word that had come out of her mouth, was 100% true.     

". . ." - Konan said nothing more, she slowly bowed to the redhead to the point that her forehead was touching the ground.     

Kurama gave him a silent glance before releasing a sigh. The two had experienced something together even though at first they should have been no more than enemies.     

He instructed the woman to get up before nodding at his words - " Fine... I will do what you ask"     

"Thank you! - exclaimed Konan with emotion as she felt a huge weight fall from her shoulders. She knew that Kurama would keep his part of the bargain, after all, an Uzumaki always keeps his promise - "I promise I will follow you to the end of the world, Kurama-sama"     

". . ." - Kurama only kept silent as he shook his head, only to feel a bad feeling as he looked in an unknown direction.

"I guess it's time," said Zetsu as he made a hand seal, only to notice a white entity with green hair appearing from the ground. This was none other than a white Zetsu, although this one was a bit special because if you looked at it closely, you'd notice a familiar appearance - "All right Menma-kun, it's time for you to activate the Jutsu..."     

The White Zetsu just nodded as he walked in the direction of an open coffin, paying no attention to the person inside who was gagged, who was none other than Midori - "HMPH! HMPH!"     

"Don't waste your energy, Midori, Menma-kun is not the same as he was before, at least not for now" - answered Zetsu while he laughed - "He died during the last mission and I, as a good person, made him come back to the world because he is the only person who can use Edo Tensei now that Orochimaru is dead"     

Midori's eyes were misty with tears because she knew what the Jutsu was all about that Zetsu had said, after all, she had been in Otogakure no Sato for quite some time, but what really hurt her was not that she was going to die, but that the person responsible for ending her life was none other than the most important person in her life.     

"I don't understand your disgusting tastes," said Obito as he looked at his partner.     

"Do you think I'm finished? - asked Zetsu as his laughter grew more and more crazy - "You are wrong, Obito, this is nothing... watch"     

Zetsu again made a hand seal, only to bring Menma's eyes back into focus - "Where am I?"     

Menma slowly looked around as he felt a huge headache. The memories of what had happened before were gone, and there were only holes in his memory.     

"Hmph!" - Midori began to squirm when she noticed this change as tears began to well up in her eyes.     

"Okaa-sama?!" - exclaimed Menma as he opened his eyes in surprise at how his body didn't respond - "What's going on?!"     

"I'm just giving you a chance to see the end of Midori," said Zetsu as his smile grew - "Now, activate the Jutsu!"     

Menma could only watch his hands move without him being able to do anything, only to notice the familiar seals he was making - "No... No, no, no, no, no, no!"     

"Do it Menma, end the life of the most important person in your life!" - exclaimed Zetsu as his eyes glowed madly.     

"!" - Midori's eyes opened as a deep pain ran through her body. The coffin door slammed shut as it began to glow brightly.     

Menma's lips moved by themselves as his chakra began to surround the coffin - "No! Don't make me do this! If you do, I'll kill you!"     

"Do it!" - Zetsu ordered in fury.     

Menma's lips trembled as she resisted the impulse, only to release a high-pitched roar full of despair - "Kuchiyose: Edo Tensei!"
