The Legend of the Kyubi

Danzo slowly stood up, only to see his faithful invocation completely inert - "Baku!"     1

"Give him a little more time and he'll be ready" - said Kurama as he used his Katon to cook the great elephant - "If my memories do not fail me, this friend takes little time to cook and the taste is a delicacy that is rarely repeated"     

"Bastard!" - roared Danzo as he ran into the redhead, unmindful of the fact that he only had one extra life left.     

"Didn't your parents teach you not to interrupt someone when they're eating?" - Kurama asked as he summoned his Kongo Fusa and caught the old war hawk with ease - "Now if you'll excuse me..."     

Kurama slowly tore off one of Baku's legs and took a firm bite, only to feel his taste buds melt - "Delicious as I remember!"     

"Bastard! BASTARD!" - roared Danzo in fury.     

Kurama took one look at him before saving the rest of Baku on his seal to eat later, even though he still had his paw in his hand - "You know, I'm going to be gentle and give you a little chance to live"     

". . ." - Danzo was silent as he glared at the redhead.     

"What do you think?" - asked Kurama as a big smile appeared on his face - "If you survive one more technique, I promise I'll let you go"     

"Give me your best shot, freak," Danzo muttered coldly.     

"Okay... here I go," nodded the ginger. He wasn't really going to spare her life, though the bastard's fate in front of him would be a surprise. Kurama slowly lifted Danzo in his chains and whipped him to the ground.     

"Argh!" - The old shinobi could only groan in pain as he felt all his bones break but quickly took a breath because he knew the real attack was about to come.     

"You know what the biggest exercise in chakra control is?" - asked Kurama as he took a few steps in the air like a ladder - "It's using the water in the atmosphere to be able to walk as if it were a lake... not only do you have to have much more perfect chakra control, but you also have to be aware of all the changes in temperature of the place because the slightest change could cause you to fall from a considerable height"     

Danzo opened his eyes in surprise when he saw this but said nothing because he was doing his best to resist the pain because he knew that if he used his last Sharingan, then he would be dead when he received the next attack from the redhead.     

Kurama continued to advance until he was about 30 meters above the ground while looking at Danzo like he was trash - "Now I'm going to teach you the technique I learned when I accepted the corruption of my chakra..."     

Kurama slowly built up energy in his hand as he held it out.     

A deep tremor began to hit the place as a great amount of corrupted energy was concentrated in the redhead's hand forming a small black sphere that was quickly surrounded by white rings.     

"What's that?!" - exclaimed Danzo in terror as he saw the physical changes this technique had caused that his enemy had not yet launched.     

"Rasenringu (Spiral Ring)..." - murmured Kurama as he hurled the small sphere casually at Danzo, who quickly tried to back away, only to notice how this small sphere created a great dark explosion when it made contact with the ground - "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"     

Danzo could feel his body being torn apart by countless hungry animals as his consciousness asked him to activate his Izanagi but he refused because he knew that if he activated it now, his life would be over because the attack was not yet over.     

"Just a little bit more! Just a little bit more!" - exclaimed Danzo as the pain steadily increased. A huge smokescreen appeared around the area as the terrain of the training camp changed abruptly.     

"Now it's all up to you..." - muttered the redhead as the smoke screen disappeared, showing a huge hole that could practically form a new lake in this place.

"M-Motherfucking monster..." - Danzo muttered weakly as he walked out of Konoha toward Otogakure no Sato. There had been a few hours since he had managed to emerge from his battle with Kurama alive, but the aftermath was still present. Not only had he lost the Sharingan, but his Tenketsu were completely destroyed, destroying his life as a shinobi - "But it does not matter... I only have to go to Orochimaru so that I can ask him to heal me... with his help we can take revenge on Konoha..."     

"I don't think that's possible" - said a youthful voice.     

"What are you doing here?!" - exclaimed Danzo when he saw the shinobi who had appeared in front of him - "Uchiha Sasuke!"     

"Let's say a friend told me about what had happened in Konoha" - smiled young Uchiha coldly - "I see Kurama did a good job with you"     

"You! You never betrayed Konoha!" exclaimed Danzo as he understood her situation.     

"Of course I never would," snorted Sasuke. "I only used my betrayal as an excuse to make infiltrating Orochimaru's forces much easier.     

"Why?!" - exclaimed Danzo in surprise. He could not understand the reason, unless?     

"Right, I know what you did to my clan and what you planned to do with me and my mother," Sasuke said coolly. "Itachi told me everything and Orochimaru corroborated it so that I could join his village..."     

". . ." - Danzo was silent as a faint smile appeared on his face. Everything he had done to gain control of Konoha had been destroyed and he was now standing before one of the many who desired his head - "I see..."     

"Remember," said Kurama, or rather her clone.     

"I know... you can have him when I'm done with him," Sasuke said without caring. "I will torture him a little as a sacrifice to the innocent members of my clan and then you can take him back to Konoha... I'm sure with everything you told me, there will be many people who wish to see him again"     

"Caw!" - a little crow peeked out of the place as it landed on Sasuke's shoulder.     

"You can inform Itachi Nii that the revenge of the Uchiha clan... is about to begin" - said Sasuke as the crow nodded and disappeared into a smokescreen.     

* * * [Tsuchi no Kuni, ???] * * *     

"I see..." - said Kisame - "Something that's on the ground and is hard..."     

"A stone..." - Itachi replied neutrally.     

" Good, Itachi, now let's see..." - said Kisame - "I see..."     

"A stone..." - replied Itachi as he sighed - "And the next thing you'll see is a stone too..."     

"Are you a genius, by any chance?" - Kisame asked in surprise.     

"No... it's just that we're inside a cave and all there is is stone" - answered Itachi while turning his eyes to his partner - "I still don't understand why you're playing 'I See'..."     

"Because we have nothing to do" - answered Kisame with boredom - "By the way, this is my pet"     

"That's a stone" - answered the Uchiha.     

"Yes, his name is Rocky and he has nerves of steel" - answered Kisame - "He also has a better sense of humor than you"     

". . ." - Itachi only sighed with grief as he thought of all the sacrifices he had to make for Konoha and Ayame, though his expression changed when he saw a small crow fly in his direction.     

"Is something wrong, Itachi?" - Kisame asked curiously because there were not many things that surprised his companion.     

"It is nothing..." - replied the Uchiha.     

"Do you know Itachi? You are a good shinobi but you are fucking boring..." - snorted Kisame in annoyance.     

"Believe me, I have been told that many times" - replied Itachi as he looked around. The two of them had finally reached an open area inside the cave and according to their information their target should be here - "We'd better keep talking later, we've reached the target"     

"Those robes... Akatsuki..." - said a middle-aged man with red hair, red beard, who was wearing a red robe - "May I know the reason for your visit?"     

"You know very well the reason, Roshi, the Jinchuriki of the Yonbi" - said Itachi while looking at the Iwanin - "After all, you've been hearing about us"     

"Right... the criminal group that is looking for information about the Jinchurikis..." - Roshi answered seriously - "I don't know what you want us for but I'm sure it's not good at all, after all, not many people look for us to have a cup of tea"     

"I would not mind having a cup of tea before we start... it is hot as hell in this place and let's just say that this Shark appearance shows quite well the fact that my clan cannot live in this place" - said Kisame as Itachi and Roshi gave him a neutral look.     

"I feel sorry for you," Roshi muttered as he shook his head.     

"Thank you," Itachi sighed ruefully.     

"I feel like I'm being insulted but it doesn't matter," Kisame muttered in annoyance as he looked at the Jinchuriki.     

Roshi didn't answer him, he just stood on guard while releasing a large amount of chakra     

"We'd better get this over with... I feel we'll have a new job" - sighed Itachi seriously as his eyes changed to his Mangekyo - "Let's go"
