28. Awakening 2
His heart beat was like a war drum that made people have goosebumps and hold their ears with their hands to reduce the sound.
King was groaning a bit in pain because he soul felt like it was inflated by something.
Suddenly, the fairy wings that were locked away by Yggdrasil burst out of his back and spread in all their glory.
They had a very beautiful multicoloured theme to them and looked domineering and noble.
Aelsa was also a bit astonished and captivated by the beautiful wings behind King's back.
The wings flapped and slowly calmed along with king whose pain had also calmed down a bit.
Suddenly, a brilliant light burst out of his body and dyed the room in a purple haze.
All of it happened inside the room and nothing escaped outside because of Aelsa's magic.
No one knew what happened inside the room and even Elaine and Diane were totally nervous outside the room.
They couldn't wait to just barge into the room and look at what was happening to King inside.
They just couldn't settle the anxiety and nervousness in their hearts.
Inside the room, the purple light finally calmed down and King could be seen laying weakly on the ground.
"What happened?" Aelsa immediately moved and took King into her arms carefully.
"Everything is okay, I am just feeling weak". King answered weakly with a smile and fell asleep in her arms.
Aelsa put him on Chastiefol. It had expanded itself when it saw King sleeping in Aelsa's arms.
"Just let him rest here. I have some enchantments here. So nothing will go wrong". Aelsa said to Chastiefol and moved out of the room.
Chastiefol is conscious and can understand the speech of others. So some simple things are still pretty easy for it to understand.
Chastiefol didn't move from the place and just kept floating there peacefully with King sleeping on it.
It was like a loyal soldier protecting its liege from anything unforeseen and dangerous.
Aelsa came out of the room and saw Elaine and Diane pacing back and forth in front of the room with worry.
She smiled at their behaviour and coughed lightly to get their attention.
"Mom, is King okay?" Elaine immediately came in front of Aelsa and asked quickly in worry.
"He is fine. He is just a little weak at the moment and is resting inside. You can go later when he gets wakes up. Now let him rest". Aelsa nodded and answered with a soft smile on her face.
"That's good". Diane sighed in relief when she heard Aelsa's words.
She was worried sick before that something bad happened to King. He was her friend and she had some special feelings for him that even she didn't know herself.
Elaine also sighed in relief when she heard Aelsa's words and smiled happily later. It is good that King is fine and that is all that matters to her.
Aelsa smiled one more time and started walking towards the throne to continue with her duties.
She had left for a while and need to get back to finish her job before King wakes up again.
She wants to be there when he wakes up and ask him some questions that are eating away at her heart.
She can't wait to find out what Divinity he has awakened and if it has any adverse effects on him. So that she can deal with it in time effectively before it aggravates further.
Like this, a couple hours passed and it soon became dusk in the realm.
Elaine and Diane didn't leave the front of the door in all this while and even brought some chairs here to sit and wait for King to wake up.
King, the one in the center of the whole storm was just waking up and stretching his body while yawning in comfort.
"Buddy, you are the most comfortable like always". King patted Chastiefol and complimented happily.
Chastiefol trembled a little to express its joy and again became still below him.
King just commanded it with his mind and made it go out of the room.

The door opening sound rang and both girls turned to look at the door immediately.
"King!" They pounced up and Chastiefol quickly it's height to catch them.
"Haha, I'm alright". King laughed and hugged both of them tightly.
"It's good that you are fine". Aelsa's voice came from the side as well.
She had found out when King woke up and immediately finished today's work to come here immediately.
She didn't bother to walk and teleported here with magic. She couldn't wait to see King's state and see that if he was doing fine.
"Yeah". King nodded and looked at the embarrassed Diane while tilting his head to the side.
"Hehe, Diane, why are you embarrassed?" Elaine teased her as soon as she saw Diane's red face.
Diane just dropped her head an didn't dare to say anything anymore.
"Okay stop teasing her". King defended her immediately and made Elaine stop teasing her.
"Hmph". Elaine snorted and turned her head in a sullen mood.
"You kids never learn". Aelsa shook her head with a smile and turned to King again.
She looked at him seriously for a while to see if there is any problem with him.
"Stay still dear". She spoke softly and used her magic to check his body and soul.
After finding that there was no problem and only the strength of his soul increased. She breathed a sigh of relief like a big stone hanging on her heart fell.
"How is it?" King asked questioningly. He didn't have the means to check his own soul. So he could only ask others.
"It's okay, it just increased you soul strength. So don't worry about it". Aelsa rubbed his head and smiled at him dotingly.
"That's good, Right King?" Elaine hugged him tightly to herself and spoke cheerfully.
"Yeah". King nodded as well.
"Now, tell me what Divinity you have awaken?" Aelsa turned serious and asked him.
