CEO He : Please Don't Love Me

2Today, the first meeting scheduled for He Jian was with the same client for whom the designs were prepared by the designing department.      2

Mo Roulan bit her lips as she looked at her designs in a file while following He Jian to the meeting room.      

Looking through the documents, she suddenly realized that she had forgotten to bring an important file. Hence, she immediately told He Jian and then went back to the office.      

He Jian who wanted to stop her and ask Chu Feng to bring it, sighed helplessly seeing her in so hurry.      

He simply waited for her at the same spot.      

On the other hand, Mo Roulan on her way suddenly collided with someone and the file in her hands fell to the floor.      

"I am sorry."     

"Sorry…"     

She and the person who collided with her said at the same time.      

Mo Roulan was surprised when she saw that it was a classmate who was on internship in the designing department. It was the same boy who had given the presentation yesterday.     

Both of them smiled and Mo Roulan bent down to pick up the documents.      

The classmate also bent down to help her. However, when he was collecting the documents, his eyes suddenly fell on the designs and he couldn't help but look at them carefully.      

His eyes flashed with surprise a moment later and he couldn't stop himself from exclaiming.     

"This is amazing. Classmate Roulan, Did you make this?"     

When Mo Roulan nodded her head, he was still shocked.      

He had always known that Mo Roulan was a very good student in their class. However, he was still slightly shocked to see her designs.      

They were in the same class but he felt that the designs that their whole team had drawn couldn't compare with her designs.      

Seeing her, he couldn't help but sigh     

"You should be on our team. This is simply a waste of talent."     

Mo Roulan smiled bitterly. She didn't focus on his last sentence but on the first one. She also wanted to work in the design department.      

She came out of her trance when she heard her classmate speaking again     

"Classmate Roulan, Can I use these designs?"     

Hearing this, Mo Roulan frowned in confusion.      

"I know that you might be unwilling. However, my team had not been able to prepare good designs in just a day. If we could not present good designs, then I am afraid that Sir would be too angry."     

The boy felt a shiver running down his spine when he remembered He Jian's cold face.  On the other hand, Mo Roulan who understood his intention was in deep thought.      

A moment later, she nodded her head and said      

"You can use this."     

The classmate had bright eyes and looked at her with hesitation suddenly     

"You might not get the credit for these designs."     

Mo Roulan knew this but she thought that she would not be at loss. If the client pointed out some mistakes and He Jian suggested something, she thought she could learn something new.      

"My designs might not be liked by the client. At that time, you can't blame me."     

She said politely and the classmate immediately nodded his head.      

After this, they left their own ways hurriedly as the meeting was about to start soon.      

When Mo Roulan entered the meeting room with He Jian, everyone was already there. The client also stood up when he saw He Jian.      

Mo Roulan saw that it was a man and a woman and they seemed to be from some foreign country.     

She stood behind He Jian when he sat down, however, He Jian suddenly dragged a chair back that was placed beside his chair and looked at her.      

Understanding his intention, she was slightly hesitant but didn't want to create any kind of scene so she silently took the seat.      

The meeting room darkened and the classmate she had collided with started presenting the designs.      

Mo Roulan thought that her classmate was not less capable. The designs changed and his presentation was very nice for the new designs.      

When the designs were projected on the screen, she couldn't help but look at the client's expression.      

There was a slight nervousness inside her heart as she wondered if the client would like them or not. It was her time to show her designs to someone else other than her teacher.      

However, she couldn't say anything from their faces so she could only wait for the presentation to end.      

After about half an hour, the meeting room was bright with light again.      

He Jian was looking at the boy and the new team with approval.      

After that, he looked at the man and woman and said      

"Mr. Thomas, I hope you like the designs."     

"I don't like them…."     

Mo Roulan heart stopped for a moment when she heard the woman's words. However, the woman was not finished yet.      

"I loved them, Mr. He. These jewellery designs were so beautiful that I can't wait for them to be made and then wear them."     

When Mo Roulan registered her words in her mind, she couldn't help but feel happy. Her eyes were filled with brightness and a small smile graced her lips.      

On the other hand, the team members were looking at the designs with complete confusion. Not only that but Wu Mei was also confused.      

There was a deep frown on her face as she looked at the boy who had just given the presentation, however, the latter ignored her questioning gaze.      

The team members didn't ask anything because they were just relieved after hearing that the clients liked the designs.  They didn't care where their classmate, Ye Dan had brought them.      

"Mr. He, who prepared these designs. I will like to meet this person. You don't know but before coming here I have been to various other companies but I could never have the kind of designs I wanted for my wedding."     

Wu Mei who was about to ask Ye Dan about the designs shut her mouth when she heard the client's words.      

She instantly put a smile on her lips and said      

"It is good that Mrs. Thomas likes the designs."     

  Seeing that she replied, Mrs. Thomas thought that it was she who made those designs. And she praised Wu Mein.      

Ye Dan who saw this felt disgusted and couldn't help but look at Mo Roulan who looked calm. It was not that Mo Roulan didn't feel anything. She just didn't want to think much about it.      

It was her own decision to give the designs and she didn't regret it.     

The client left after finalizing some details.      

Wu Mei was very happy after getting praised. However, just when she turned around after leaving the client at the office's door, she saw Ye Dan standing in front of He Jian and saying     

"Sir, My team didn't prepare these designs."
