Shen Yiling stepped closer to Mo Roulan with her every sentence making her step backward in return. It looked as if she was trying to intimidate Mo Roulan.
On the other hand, Mo Roulan who was trying to stay away from Shen Yiling had a deep frown on her forehead. When Shen Yiling finally stopped stepping forward, she had a bored expression on her face as she realized what Shen Yiling was trying to do.
If Shen Yiling was thinking that she would let it happen in this life as well, then she was just a fool.
Indeed, Shen Yiling was a little disappointed when she didn't see any kind of fear and panic on Mo Roulan's face.
Her heart was filled with anger. The whole night she couldn't sleep and she was having a very bad headache.
Last night, she again called Grandfather He…trying to tell him what was going on between Mo Roulan and He Jian. But the old man was too adamant about not believing her.
Shen Yiling was feeling very frustrated. So now when she saw Mo Roulan, she couldn't help but wish to vent her anger.

Mo Roulan rolled her eyes inside her heart when she saw that Shen Yiling didn't have anything else to say. She must be disappointed inside her heart on not seeing any fear on her face.
She felt very stupid for giving this satisfaction to Shen Yiling in her last life.
This time she stepped forward and said coldly
"Excuse me, Miss Shen. You might be free but I have many things to do."
Saying this, Mo Roulan stepped sideways and then left from there while Shen Yiling continued to stand there with a red face.
She was so angry that she wanted to kill Mo Roulan! However, she couldn't even scare the girl let alone kill her.
Shen Yiling was finally realizing that she was in a big crisis. If she really wanted to get whatever she dreamt of, she needed to come up with a big plan but for a big plan, she also needed something that could make Mo Roulan weak against her.

The day in He Corporation passed for Mo Roulan more peacefully.
Liu Ji Fan again came to see He Jian but Mo Roulan left the office as soon as he came so she didn't have to face him for very long.
She kept herself busy with office work and sometimes helped her colleagues. The colleagues were also starting to like Mo Roulan slowly as she would always try to help them in her free time. Though they knew that she was trying to learn new things, they were still happy to have someone lessen their work.
With this little bit of friendliness, working in He Corporation became more tolerating for Mo Roulan even though she would have to face Shen Yiling or sometimes Liu Ji Fan also.
That evening, after completing her work, Mo Roulan collected her things and then left her table to go towards the back gate after all of her colleagues had left.
She glanced at her wristwatch and quickened her pace when she noticed that office hours had ended fifteen minutes ago already.
Because of trying to avoid letting anyone see He Jian and her together, she would always try to leave when all of her colleagues would leave.
But in this effort of her, she would always find He Jian already waiting inside the car for her with Chu Feng. Mo Roulan would always feel guilty whenever she would see this scene.
After all, He Jian was not supposed to wait like this.
Sure enough, today also, she came across the same scene. But she was also helpless. How many times already she had told the man that she could use the bus but he was always persistent in not letting her use the bus.
So it was not her fault at all. She tried to comfort herself!
She silently sat inside the car. The car started soon and the whole ride passed in the same kind of silence.
Mo Roulan preferred this silence after whatever happened in the last two days.
She didn't wish to remember those days and behave as if nothing happened at all and she was grateful that He Jian was behaving in the same way. Though she had many questions, she would prefer if she would not get their answers at all.
Life was peaceful like this and she really cherished this peace.
In the attempt of making her life peaceful, she could run away as long as her fate allowed her to!

The car stopped in front of the building and Mo Roulan stepped out of the car with He Jian. She was about to go inside the building when she heard a voice calling her.
"Miss Mo!"
Mo Roulan turned around only to find the security guard walking toward her.
"Miss Mo, a man is standing at the gate and wishes to go to your apartment."
The security guard told Mo Roulan who looked confused on hearing his words. The security guard didn't let the man enter the building just like that because he knew that the last time when a few relatives had entered Mo Family apartment. They had created big chaos. After that, the owner of the building had warned him when he had joined that he couldn't let anyone enter the building without asking the residents if they wanted to let the man enter their apartment or not.
So as soon as he saw Mo Roulan, he told her about the man.
Mo Roulan nodded her head and followed him to see who this man was.
He Jian obviously followed her.
Mo Roulan was more confused when she saw an unfamiliar man standing at the entrance of the colony. The man was wearing a business suit and seemed to be from a good family.
He Jian who had been following Mo Roulan stopped amidst his steps suddenly and looked at the man carefully.
The security guard led Mo Roulan to the man.
He saw Mo Roulan walking to the man and then asking him
"Hello, I am Mo Roulan."
The man looked at Mo Roulan for a moment and then introduced himself calmly
"Hello, Miss Mo. I am Chi Rong."
