It did not take a long time before Jun's airplane got explode. A Min is investigating the Incident which started by the explode on the right-hand machine of the plane and there is not any significant error from the plane. Brian and himself is making sure it cleans from any weird and foreign object. They are pretty much do all the point to check for their security perimeter. Brian is busy liaise with the local government for their security protection detail. He is hundred percent sure about the sabotage during the flight. However, he needs to investigate the area of the explosion earlier and the security camera emblem into the plane black box.
They are getting sent to the International standard private hospital in Mumbai. Mia is arranging for Collin and Nathan to be present with the local surgeon to check on Bella condition and repair the stiches on Jun abdomen that ripped off during the flight. Collin is going to the operation room to fix the stiches abdomen whilst Nathan will handle Bella. They are afraid of her condition that will lead into the early labour for the twin.
He asked the Ob/Gyn to check into the baby's condition. Apparently, Bella is having previa placenta at the moment. Her placenta is already on the bottom of her uterus and ready to give birth. Another thing is her heart attack was developed due on the clot near her heart which make her heart attack. They manage to revive her and put her into the breathing machine. They are going to fix her heart clot by stent surgery for retrieve out the clot on the heart. The OB/GYN is administrating the medication ampule inside her vagina through her uterus to stop the contraction of her placenta.
Nathan is preparing the operation after he discussed it with Collin from outside the room. Each of them will be accompanied with Local surgeon whilst Mia and Ben are dealing with the paperwork on the country. Harry is making sure each of them got check by the doctor before cleared medically. Harry also makes sure that Mia got her throughout check-up. harry will not neglect his wife condition when she is so busy to assist Collin for all the medical advices. He let her go after got the clearance from the doctor.
Collin speeds up his technique and procedure for Jun and he is satisfied with all the operation. He did check into his spine and make sure he is wearing a collar bone on his neck. He is going to the recoveries ward and get his special nurse to guide him with Brian on his side. Collin needs to take extra precaution as there is people trying to harm them.
Collin rushed to go to the Bella operation theatre to help Nathan. They are agreed to do stent to relieve the clot on her heart and save her and her baby. The OB/GYN is dealing with her previa placenta and hopes that the medication can slow down the contraction. The shock from the turbulence and her seat belt makes her got thrown away. Liam is thinking some faults play in her seatbelt. He can see from his seat that Bella was getting thrown out from her seat as if her seat belt has been tempered. The only question left to answer is the main culprit. Who dare to hurt her?
They did not know if the main culprit Is laughing to hear that the plane is blowing up, and Bella is in operation theatre to fight for her life's. the best yet to come as far as they plan. They are all falling through their plan. They will do as plan when the original plan was unsuccessful. The problem is coming from the calculation of the factor. They did not think about Liam. However, this time the mercenaries who dares to take the job actually Liam's worst opponent.

Liam is waiting in front of operation theatre with the others who get worried for both of them. Liam phone suddenly rang for local number.
"Get out from the hospital… you will get killed…" someone talk from the other side of the line and hand up the phone straight away. Liam got vigilant to the surrounding area.
" A Min… did you pick up any chatter about my head bounty in the market… find it out now… Contact B organisation and borrow their private plane to get us out from here… we will get attack soon," Liam said it to his loyal assistant.
"Let me find it out boss… I brought your gun mand few guns myself in the suitcase just in case we have to do it hard way," A Min is telling his boss. He went to check on his phone which changes his face expression. He gets his suitcase straight away and give some to his boss.
"Wait a minute… what happened?" Harry stood up to see Liam and A Min are preparing their gun. Brian is coming to check his ammunition and prepare for his gun.
"Boss… the Albanian already on their way to the hospital as one source from our Russian headquarter for mercenary's bounty. They are getting their weapon from the Haji Mastan at the moment," A Min advised his boss for the situation.
"Jun plane already on the way from Nepal and will be here soon. We can board the plane as soon as it landed. Let me find out their location," Harry advised them.
"Damn… how many planes did Jun have?" Dan asking to his friend curiously.
"This one is smaller version as Jun personal plane for his work transport. The one just exploded is his present for Bella. And we got smaller jets to use if we have to go around," Harry explained to all of them.
"Oh My God… I never realise that he has his own plane collection… he is really on different level," Tony is telling everyone on the group.
"He is way out of our reach… now, I will get someone to evacuate all of you to the airport… we are going to transport Bella and Jun from this hospital…" Liam explained them about his plan.
A Min manages to contact Rhans Bhai and gives the phone to Liam.
"Bhai… I need your help… I am getting ambush in here," Liam is telling quickly to his fellow colleague.
"where are you? What are you doing in Mumbai?"
"I am stuck inside the hospital in Mumbai… " Liam gives him the exact subordinate.
"I will be sending someone to get you and evacuate all of you…." Rhans Bhai smiled over his phone and signed his assistant to get their subordinate to help his fellow colleague.
"Thank you, my friend," Liam is telling him before he closed the connection. Ben is hiring medivac for Bella and Jun. the ambulance for their medivac already on standby.
The operation on Bella is successful and ready for her to go to the ambulance as soon as she wheeled off from operation room. Jun already got wheeled off from his room with his nurse. They are going to different plane and route. They were separates and transport in secret without anyone know. They are with their trusted nurse with them and their bodyguard who are not keeping them safe. Brian is going to escort Bella to make sure his boss worry.
The medivac is already standby on the airport. They are transporting their patient via the underground passage, so no one know about their condition and position.
"The plane already landed in the international airport… we have to get there quickly because the official is going to seal the airport due on the investigation," Harry is explaining about the plane.
"We can avoid this ambush… we better go now," Liam is looking at his group. He did not want the blood spill in the foreign country, and he has to clean up. Liam is following them to go to the ground floor to hop into minivan with really black window.
