Ravoski signaled for his comrades to hurry. He was so ecstatic that he shot the remaining bullets of his gun carelessly, not minding if any of it counted. However, instead of stopping, the black sports car continued to speed up. Lorenzo quickly dove to the pavement seeing the car still continued to accelerate.
BOOM!
The vehicle hit their own. It impaired two of his men and one other fell unconscious.
Ravoski was lucky to get away and as he got back to the black sports car, he slammed his hands on the glass window and yelled, "What the f**k is wrong with you guys - "
The sound of a handgun's safety switch made him gulp all of a sudden. It was pointed right at him.
One of General Lei's soldiers came out asking Ravoski to surrender. Gao Rou and the others stepped out of the car raising their guns as well.
Realizing something had gone wrong with the chase earlier, Lorenzo did not spare a minute and focused on their target. He stood up ignoring the call of the soldiers to surrender and ran towards the direction of Lu Fang's car.
Han-joon shot at him once but he missed. He tried to shoot again, however, nothing came out. His rifle was already empty.
Hanxi, on the other hand, was busy shooting back at the enemies right across them that he failed to see Lorenzo come their way.
Han-joon was now engaged in a hand to hand fight with Lorenzo. The opponents who were firing bullets had to put a stop seeing their boss in the same spot. Instead, they fired their remaining rounds to Gao Rou and the soldiers regardless of the presence of their own accomplices.
Gao Rou was quick to take cover, but a bullet hit one soldier in the chest making him fall down to the grown. The other two also took cover but managed to shoot back and were successful enough to put down the rest of the armed men that hid behind the van.
Ravoski ran and found cover behind the road railings. He made a phone call to the remaining men they had hired locally. They were on the look-out by the expressway entrance, waiting for their call. "Come here now! We need back-up!"
"Phew!" Hanxi let out a sigh. He was already out of ammo.
Turning to his right, he saw Lorenzo fighting Han-joon non-stop. He could tell that the leader of the Shadows was very skilled. Han-joon's face was already wounded, and he was breathing heavier than usual. Even as he took out his knife, it merely backfired as Lorenzo took over the blade by twisting his wrist breaking his hand in the process.
Han-joon was about to get stabbed when Hanxi came to give Lorenzo a kick. It knocked him down, but it wasn't enough to disable him. He had great stamina, as expected of The Shadow's leader.
Seeing the knife was still in his hands, Hanxi maintained his distance but Lorenzo was out of patience. He stormed at Hanxi cutting his hand while blocking the knife and as he growled in pain, Lorenzo punched Hanxi in the stomach making him fall to on his knees.
Lorenzo went straight to enter the car hoping to finally put an end to Lu Fang's life.
"Ahhh! F**k!" Lorenzo's scream could be heard from where Gao Rou stood.
He was stabbed with a knife just above his shoulders. Instead of Lu Fang, it was Anton Yeong who was inside the car.
Lorenzo had no idea who this man was, so he underestimated his strength and proceeded to attack. Each of his punches was blocked and when he tried a kick, Yeong grabbed his ankle and pulled him forcefully to receive a blow from his elbows.
While Lorenzo and Yeong fight it off, Gao Rou and the other soldiers went to examine the enemies by the van. There were two who were barely alive. They removed their firearms for safety and went to aid Hanxi and Han-joon.
Meanwhile, The Shadow's second in command, Ravoski was still hiding from all the action waiting for their back-up to arrive. But instead of five more men in a motorbike, only one came to help them. He was in disbelief. He thought, 'How is everything not going according to their plan once again?'
"Ravoski! Get on my back! let's exit in another route - "
"But Lorenzo - "
"He is completely surrounded. See for yourself!"
Assessing the situation, he realized their leader may not be able to escape from this. He could only help himself and get revenge the next time. More than anything, he was fuming in anger towards Rou Yanlin and he intends to make him pay for making their organization suffer so many loses.
"Let's go!" He took off running away and went passed Lorenzo and their lifeless companions. Gao Rou and the other soldier tried to shoot at them but the motorbike was too fast and they could not get a better aim.
Lorenzo continued to fight with his might but Yeong remained unscratched. To him, this is nothing but a game. Frustration got to Lorenzo that he screamed at the top of his lungs hoping his next assault would disable Yeong. He leaped from where he stood, simultaneously flipping his body as he gave several kicks.
This made Yeong step back. However, in as much as he wanted to give Lorenzo a fair fight, he was not the type to beat around the bush. He took out two of his babies and thrust them to his direction hitting his thigh and his stomach. He landed on his back in agonizing pain.
"Who are you? Why are you helping Lu Fang?"
Just as he thought he had lost hope, Marco arrived in a motorbike. Lorenzo immediately called out to him, "Marco! Shoot them! Shoot them!"
The driver stepped down the came towards them pointing a gun.
"Haha!' Lorenzo laughed. "What's the matter? Ran out of bullets?" He was mocking Yeong and his team not realizing that there was no retaliation from their side.
"Shoot them, Marco! Shoot them!"
Marco came in front of Lorenzo and removed his helmet making him gulp on his own Saliva.
"No… No!!! - "
BANG! BANG!
Lu Fang, who was in Marco's clothes, took the opportunity of taking the life of his supposed killer.
